We are looking for individuals who have:

• A deep connection to and/or lived experience in one of our national target regions (CO, CA, IL, NM, TX, and AZ).
• Interest in one of our impact areas. (Climate Justice & Clean Air, Sustainable Communities, Public Land, Water Equity & Ocean)
• A genuine passion for environmental, climate, or social justice.
• Strong storytelling, community engagement, or advocacy skills (or a desire to develop them).
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote or in-person team.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a strong plus, but not required.

We offer projects and events (one‑off opportunities), all posted on our Take Action Dashboard. Roles generally fall into four areas: behind‑the‑scenes administration (data, files, and email), hands‑on event logistics (setup, outreach, and canvassing), community advocacy (engagement and social media), and research support (data collection and reporting). New roles launch quarterly, and selected volunteers attend a required orientation.

• Time Commitment:  Each project takes place over a quarter. There is a range of commitment: 2hr/week for project opportunities and 2-8 hours / one off event. We work with your schedules.

• Real Experience: Build your resume with hands-on experience in community organizing, advocacy, and non-profit operations. Inquire within for a letter of recommendation or reference, post-service.
