Lasting coalitions are built on equity, inclusivity, and intersectionality—and are key to advancing just climate solutions. Guided by successes found in building the Latino Climate Justice Framework, participants will learn best practices on growing and maintaining coalitions that find common ground across sectors, are effective in delivering and wielding political power, and prioritize environmental justice. They will also learn about developing a framework that a coalition can rally behind, how to gain supporters and allies, how to develop an inclusive process in framework-building and implementation of the framework via coalition building.

By participating in this monthly webinar series, participants will:

1. be introduced to the historical framing and current programs of GL;
2. learn the benefits and mechanisms for becoming a member (individual or organization);
3. Identify resources and staff corresponding to their priority issues and areas; and
4. Learn from each other and become part of our comunidad of expertise and lived experiences, plus share their own news, events and updates, fostering a sense of belonging
