Our communities are disproportionately affected by climate change, with many living in frontline areas vulnerable to pollution and extreme weather events. This election year presents a pivotal moment for the Latino/a/e community to make our voices heard on environmental issues and advocate for sustainable policies that protect our planet and health.

This congressional briefing will examine how climate denialism, greenwashing, and media biases impact Latino communities and electoral engagement. We'll explore strategies to combat these forms of disinformation, protect the integrity of climate discourse, and ensure informed civic participation among Latino voters during this crucial election year.
