GreenLatinos is an active comunidad of Latino/a/e leaders, emboldened by the power and wisdom of our culture. We are resourced to win our environmental, conservation, and climate justice battles, and driven to secure our political, economic, cultural, and environmental liberation.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • A deep connection to and/or lived experience in one of our national target regions (CO, CA, IL, NM, TX, and AZ).
  • Interest in one of our impact areas. (Climate Justice & Clean Air, Sustainable Communities, Public Land, Water Equity & Ocean)
  • A genuine passion for environmental, climate, or social justice.
  • Strong storytelling, community engagement, or advocacy skills (or a desire to develop them).
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote or in-person team.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a strong plus, but not required.

Volunteer Roles - Share your skills and time.

We offer a variety of roles to fit your strengths and interests:

  • Administrative Support: Data entry, digital file organization, email management.
  • Event Support: Setup, coordination, phone banking, and canvassing for events like beach cleanups or Latino Conservation Week.
  • Outreach & Advocacy: Community engagement, distributing materials, and social media campaigning.
  • Research: Data collection and information gathering for active campaigns.
