.About the positionThe Volunteer and Community Engagement manager will help grow the next generation of conservation leaders by building reciprocal and inclusive relationships with partners and communities. They will lead and run a community engagement program primarily serving Black, Indigenous, People of Color and those who have been historically excluded from the outdoors and Nature Conservancy preserves. They will also manage our active volunteer pool through execution of meaningful experiences that may also provide stewardship to Nature Conservancy preserves.

Salary InformationThe estimated starting salary for this position is dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.Salary range in Seattle, WA: $71,300 - $82,000 annually
Salary range in other Washington State locations: $60,000 - $72,000 annually
