Brendle Group seeks an early to mid-career Transportation Electrification (TE) Analyst with 2-8 years of relevant experience to join our team, in pursuit of our company mission to accelerate equitable solutions to address the climate crisis.
Each of our team members has breadth across a range of consulting skills, including data analysis, energy systems, modeling, greenhouse gas accounting, policy, planning, transportation, resilience, and/or other sustainability topics. We are seeking an engineer, planner, or analyst with skills and experience in transportation electrification and mobility to support our efforts in deep decarbonization.
Salary Range: $67,800-$100,600
Position Status: Full Time

Position Responsibilities
- Support delivery of TE-related engagements and/or serve as a subject matter expert. Example client delivery activities include:Developing TE strategic roadmaps
Facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams
Supporting TE business cases
Supporting the design/execution of utility and municipal client TE programs, including customer fleet conversion activities
Providing EVSE siting/installation guidance - Expand and support internal and external tool and collaboration infrastructure
- Develop project approaches and proposals and effectively present them to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and other staff members
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2-8 years of direct experience in the electric transportation sector
- Proven history of articulating/advising on the strategic value of TE and related energy topics
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technologies, policies, and practices
- B.S. or equivalent, or advanced degree in engineering, planning, transportation, or other directly related sustainability degree from an accredited 4-year university or college. Applicable alternative experience, such as 4 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years of experience in sustainability or transportation, would be considered in lieu of formal education
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and facilitation skills
- If remote, proven experience meeting all requirements including collaboration and communication
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Specific expertise in utility programs and fleet electrification strategy and implementation
- Entrepreneurial experience associated with developing and growing existing TE consulting offerings
- Professional certification(s) or skills commensurate with career path to date
- Working knowledge of energy sector and TE sector data analysis tools, techniques, and services
- Small business consulting experience and passion

With offices in Fort Collins and Denver, CO, we would prefer a Colorado-based candidate to support local and regional customers. We offer flexible hybrid policies for working from home. Salary and Benefits
Brendle Group offers a flexible and collaborative workplace with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package. Based on position requirements and candidate experience, the base salary range for this role is $67,800 – $100,600 commensurate with skills and experience. Other benefits include:
