Stokes Counseling Services is a leader of mental health private practice, and group practice within the state of Connecticut. We are a group practice made up of licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCA, LMSW, MFTA) who provide an array of services including individual, family, and group counseling.

FAM Program Description

FAM is an in-home program, we also offer virtual services through telehealth for those areas that we don’t offer in-home services, and in many cases, we offer a hybrid model. Unlike other in-home programs, FAM is an outpatient level of care. Are clinicians are NOT on-call and we’re NOT a crisis program!

High-Demand Areas include:

• Greater Waterbury
• The Valley
• Danbury
• New Haven
• Bristol

Although these areas are in high demand at this time, we are in need of clinicians in additional areas and are rapidly expanding!

Position Description

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LPC, LCSWs, LMFTs, LMSWs, LPCAs, MFTAs, and LADCs) who are excited to join our FAM Program. With the FAM program, our clinicians are matched with a family and have the ability to do individual treatment with as many treatments as needed in addition to the family piece. We are very flexible with what treatment could look like, the clinician will do an assessment and together with the family will structure treatment in a way that will be most beneficial to the needs of the family. This is an opportunity to work a Hybrid Model where you work Telehealth AND do in-home work.

• Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED and must provide own transportation
