National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA), the nation’s oldest and largest national parks nonprofit advocate is looking for a Senior Regional Campaign Manager in our Sun Coast Region.

The Senior Regional Campaign Manager will be a leader within our organization who will play a collaborative and crucial role in protecting national parks and ecosystems across Florida, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This is a dynamic position that requires a resourceful, committed, and connected campaigner who can drive meaningful conservation successes within dynamic landscapes.

As Senior Regional Campaign Manager, you'll work closely with the Sun Coast Regional Director and Senior Program Managers to develop and implement effective park- and ecosystem-protection campaigns. You'll use your experience in the environmental conservation realm to develop and lead coalitions, work with leaders to effect change, write scientific and policy analyses, and design compelling campaign materials. You'll build genuine relationships with key volunteer groups, community partners, and constituencies and actively seek opportunities to connect communities to advocacy actions and into decision-making processes that advance regional priorities.

This is a high-impact role that provides an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns that connect to park and ecosystem conservation issues. You'll be instrumental in protecting this remarkable region through proactive campaign planning and implementation. Your work will help our team in collaboratively achieving improved park protection, climate resiliency, biodiversity conservation, and coastal and marine program goals.
