Mothers Out Front is looking for a senior organizer to help us build and transform our climate justice work in the City of Boston. We currently have 4 volunteer-led, neighborhood-based teams of mothers, organizing for change in Boston, and 16 teams elsewhere in MA. We are active and growing in East Boston, home to many immigrants from Central America, who are experiencing some of the worst fossil fuel emissions and related health impacts. We want to build on the track record of our volunteer leaders and also and also deepen engagement in the City's most diverse neighborhoods.

We are a dynamic and evolving organization, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced organizer. We prefer a bilingual candidate (either English/ Spanish or one of the other major language groups in Boston.)
