Sierra Club is hiring three Senior Managers to manage 3-5 Chapter Directors within their region (Western, Central, Eastern) while helping to establish a new management structure and co-leadership model within the organization’s field structure. The role will require working closely and partnering with staff and volunteers to develop, test and document best practices, define clear roles, governance processes and functions. Strong candidates will have leadership and management experience in non profit, mission driven organizations as well as skills that enable them to provide coaching to others while navigating ambiguity and building systems that enhance clarity and support.

These are remote positions that require the ability to travel when COVID protocols allow. The starting salary range is $95,000 - 105,000, based on region.
