The Outreach & Member Support Coordinator (MSC) is an office-based position and works closely with all staff members and volunteers (AmeriCorps and Non-AmeriCorps members) within the ACE Division (Crew program).
The MSC will be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of ACE Division, as well as the division's member management needs. The MSC will frequently interact with ACE's members, other divisions as well as the general public and as such is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to act as an ambassador of ACE's program at all times. The Member Manager will need to be flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic while working in a fast-paced office environment with regular visits to field operation locations.
The Outreach MSC will work closely with the ACE Division's Associate Director of Member Programs & member support team. The MSC will also be collaborating remotely with other ACE offices across the U.S. to ensure consistent communication and policy compliance across divisions.
The Member Support Coordinator's two primary responsibility areas include:
1) Member outreach and recruitment
2) Member onboarding, support, and management
