The Land Conservancy of New Jersey is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual with strong analytic skills for the position of Membership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager. Under the direction of the Vice President of Development and Communications, the new employee will be responsible for overseeing The Conservancy’s membership and outreach program including analyzing data to help grow membership. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing The Conservancy’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. To start it is expected that 80% of the position will be dedicated to membership and 20% to DEI work, although that will vary throughout the year and is expected to change over time. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to expanding the organization's reach throughout the state.
The Land Conservancy of New Jersey is a nonprofit land trust based in Montville, New Jersey. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic all staff are currently working remotely. However, this position will be based in our Montville office, with some remote flexibility, once it is safe to return.
