The Energy Engagement Associate Planner will be a member of the Climate team in CDD's Environmental and Transportation Planning division. This person will manage the comprehensive outreach, education, and community engagement activities of the City's Cambridge Energy Alliance (CEA). CEA focuses on equitable community and stakeholder engagement in the City's energy efficiency, renewable energy and decarbonization programs.

The Energy Engagement Associate Planner will do innovative and collaborative work with the City's non-profit outreach and engagement partner and other partners, with a focus on renters, landlords, homeowners, small businesses, schools, community groups, non-profits, and the local utility company. This highly collaborative position facilitates equitable engagement and marketing of CEA's broad range of programs and builds partnerships between community organizations, advocacy groups, other city departments and other divisions of CDD.
