Position Overview:

As a member of the Programs Department, the Corporate and Foundation Relations Coordinator works to support partner and program growth opportunities through donor development.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and keep accurate, ongoing budget of prospective and received funding opportunities and initiate adjustments in anticipation of organization needs
  • Develop budgets for grant proposals and track grant expenditures to facilitate accurate reporting
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date application and donor records in the Raiser’s Edge database.
  • Communicate grant awards and requirements and carry out all logistics associated with award compliance
  • Act as a thought partner with greater Communications Team to strategize on stewardship, and cultivation efforts
  • Attend appropriate networking or informational meetings and educational opportunities
  • Support organization-wide events
  • Support gift entry processing on a limited, as needed basis


  • 1-2 years of experience writing corporate funding proposals and/or grants preferred
  • Experience in fundraising, sales or relationship-based work
  • Strong interest in and commitment to EOC’s Mission, Vision, and Values


$45k – $55k/year depending on qualifications
