The Arizona Program Manager serves in a leadership position within NPCA and our Southwest Regional Office (SWRO) that represents our frontline in the state on campaigns, organizing, strategy, and relationships. Tribal engagement and collaboration in all these efforts is critical.

We are looking for candidates with at least five years of relevant experience, including familiarity with conservation, national park, and public land management issues and a strong knowledge of Arizona cultural and political history.

How to Apply: Qualified applicants please submit your resume and cover letter directly online to No phone calls please. NPCA is an EOE.
