The Accessibility and Inclusivity Manager will facilitate accessibility and inclusivity as a high priority for all programs, facilities, and services within the County of Sonoma Regional Parks system. This position will focus on creating an environment of access for all, including people with various abilities and their friends and families. This position will also lead and mentor a team dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the county park systems. This includes focusing on racial equity, as well as minimizing and/or removing economic barriers to new and existing parks programs, facilities, and services.
