This incident is not isolated; there have been multiple reports of harassment involving state natural resource agency staff operating clearly marked vehicles. This disturbing trend represents an attempted reversal of years of advocacy that have worked to make equitable park access a priority in California.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we will not go back. All Californians\u2014regardless of background\u2014deserve to feel safe in our parks and in their communities, free from intimidation or fear.
