Rosario Rubio is a native of New Mexico. She is the daughter of immigrant parents who migrated from Ojinaga, Chihuahua. Rosy is one of six siblings, all successful professionals that include business owners, New Mexico State representatives, and social workers. Rosario lives in Roswell, NM with her two dogs, Leia, german shepherd and Suerte, a chiweenie.
Rosario has a Bachelors and a Masters in Business Administration. Rosy is also a Senior Certified Profession through Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Rosario has a significant amount of experience working in the Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities field. She was employed with Tobosa Developmental Services, a nonprofit, in various positions throughout the organization. The last six years she led the organization as the Executive Director. She is highly experienced in management, leadership and specializes in accounting and human resources.
During leisure time, Rosario enjoys walking, biking, hiking, reading, and hanging out with her family and friends.
