National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA), a 100-year old nonprofit advocacy organization, is seeking a Human Resources professional to protect and enhance America’s national parks.
As part of the Human Resources department, he/she will oversee administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources operational functions: benefits programs (to include Workers Comp, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), compensation, compliance and reporting, organizational culture and development, performance management, training and development, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and the organization’s All Employee Survey. Provide leadership and support to managers and employees of matters on performance issues and advise on goals setting for achieving results for optimal performance and personal development. Co-compose, implement and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring required compliancy. Co-supervise HR Sr. Manager.
