Job Title: Senior Associate: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant

Salary: Starts at $90,000 and is Negotiable + Generous benefits
Classification: Exempt; 100% Full-Time Equivalency
Location: Flexible within Western North America, home office based, with preference for Seattle, Portland, Denver, Santa Fe, or Tucson
TREC – Training Resources for the Environmental Community – has a vision of leaders, organizations and diverse coalitions working effectively for environmental protection, conservation, and sustainability in Western North America. TREC cultivates effectiveness by providing premier capacity-building services, delivered in-depth and over time.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Organizational Effectiveness team as a Senior Associate to work with TREC clients on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Our ideal candidate will have skills and experience in consulting, coaching, and training clients on DEI, in conjunction with general organizational development.
The Senior Associate will lead and provide direct support to TREC's clients to initiate and conduct successful DEI initiatives and organizational change work. They will also work individually and with a team from TREC to conduct organizational assessments to identify the organizations’ needs and plan services. The Senior Associate may also assist with leadership training, including coaching and consulting with participants before and after leadership training.
The Senior Associate will deliver coaching, consulting, and training via phone, webinars and online learning modules, as well as on-site training and consultation. Because our work is grant-funded, the Senior Associate is not required to recruit new clients and bring in consulting fees.
