Rachel Carson Council Campus Coordinator

The Rachel Carson Council is a small but growing environmental justice organization founded in 1965 after the vision of Rachel Carson to carry out her work after her death. We promote Carson's ecological ethic that combines scientific concern with the environment and human health to build a more sustainable, just and peaceful future. We currently are seeking a Campus Coordinator for our RCC Campus Network of nearly 50 campuses and several thousand activists. The Coordinator will work at the Washington, DC Capitol Hill Office. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to environmental and justice education, organizing and advocacy and able to work with students, faculty and administrators.
